this topic may be a surprising suggestion, but is
concerned with
the "zone": mental conditioning/training &
performance.

III.    Spirituality/meditation/self hypnosis etc.

IV.   Autobiographical writing by musicians
a related title: "Flow" - Csikzentmihalyi  is interesting
but not easy reading...
